Everything is so similar to smoking that it really feels like you still are, except that you will notice no more ashes, ashtrays, smelly smoke, and tar. I had a tar trapping filter on my smokes for a long time, and I can tell you when I cleaned it every week it was extremely ugly stuff to look at, and the thought of that sticking to your lungs was upsetting, never mind how hard it was to actually clean off the filter itself. The variety of flavors, and the fact that it was so very easy to switch over has amazed my family and friends. I also enjoy the house and clothes smelling clean again! What a great product.

I normally smoke menthol, and now using this brand's menthol 18mg. Now when I go jogging, I feel different now that I'm not breathing rubbish into my lungs. Service Cost/Value Really like electronic cigarettes, mainly because my apartment, car, and I don't smell and you can use it anywhere, even in bed! Obviously it doesn't feel the same as cigarettes and I do still smoke regular cigarettes, but it's nice to only buy 1 or 2 packs per week instead of 4. I used a different brand before this device and am so glad I switched. They were totally ripping me off, and the battery and cartridges did not last nearly as long as these. The other brand was charging me $80 for 10 cartridges, and when I called to try to cancel, they offered 10 for $20 which is a great deal but I was so insulted by that. As for this brand - I was expecting more flavor, but I'm still satisfied by the chocolate, vanilla, and menthol. I chose them because of the price, and the ability to order different levels and flavors easily. Personally don't think it's cheaper than cigarettes(live in NJ). I lose them quite easily, they roll around everywhere and I lost one within the 2nd week. I'm sure it's somewhere in my apartment but luckily the pro kit came with 2 and the USB ecig which is great to use while the other one is charging! I think my nicotine intake is rising though because you're not as aware of how much you're smoking.

I use it with my computer AND while plugged into my cigarette adapter for my car with the USB port. It works whether the car is turned on or off and saves your batteries for when you are walking, shopping, smoking in a hospital bed (personal story and it was a private room) or in most restaurants. It really is helpful for long trips or running lots of errands as it's always ready to go when you are!! I love it best of all!!!!! Everyone should try one-you will NOT be disappointed.

I have tried 8 different brands now of different e-ciggs. I can't, for the life of me, understand how anyone can like V2 better than this ecig. People do have different tastes but to me this e-cigarette blows V2 out of the water with taste and the amount of vapor created from a drag. Of the other 8 brands I have tried, they all seem to have this same nasty flavor that I taste in all of them. I agree that V2 is better than all of the others I have tried except this e-cig. GS flavors actually taste good, whereas, none of the others do to me. I only wish that they could make chargers that have an auto shut-off, so that I could just leave them on the charger without having to worry about removing them when ully charged, and I also wish that they could put some sort of indicator on the batteries to show the amount of charge left. joy commented on August 11 2012: @Bob, you are totally right about this product being so much better than v2!! I ordered v2 thinking that since it was posted as number 1 and gs was number 3 that it had to be better.Not so, I should have known GS was still going to be better all the way around. I didn't care, I just could not stomach the taste...and yes, I tried multiple flavors [tobacco gold, menthol, vanilla, coffee and chocolate] and they were all terrible. and if this is the improved flavor, what did they taste like b4 ??? so long this ecig...it's back to v2 for me until blu can fix the bugs with their cig [best tasting vapor in the industry !] to each their own, but in my opinion this e-cigarette is not worth your time or money.

I believe I can stop smoking cigarettes now, and with going down on nicotine levels be free from that too eventually. I never thought I could do it, but this ecigarette is perfect for me. It has very good vapor and flavor. I get the true feeling I am smoking a cigarette but I am not...my husband loves it because there is No smoke in the house. I have recommended this to all my friends. I really feel this is a great product, and I wanted to get the best I could so that I would have a good experience and have a better chance of quitting cigarettes. I am thankful that there is a product like this to help us not smoke cigarettes, even if smoke the ecigarette that would be better than real cigarettes. I've been using this product e-cigarettes. I don't consider them a replacement, more of a placebo for cigarettes. I like the flavors and the vapor. I've smoked menthol cigarettes for the last 18 out of 31 years and I don't believe there is anything that would be a substitute for real cigarettes. I just recently read a study where they documented that it was harder for someone that smokes menthols to quit. I don't know what the cigarette companies put in the tobacco besides the nicotine that gets you addicted, but the transition is not easy. That being said I quit cigarettes for my health. I no longer wheeze at night when I go to sleep. My dry coughing is almost non-existent and I no longer smell like smoke, which is a big plus. After spending more than what a month's worth of cigarettes would have been for the kit & cartomizers, I have no intention of giving up. I would & have recommended this device to everyone who has told me they want to quit smoking.

Shipping is way too slow when ordering packs of cartomizers though. I have even paid an extra $5.50 for priority mail and it still took the same amount of time as it took when I used the regular shipping for $1.95. That is my biggest complaint with this brand. I definitely thought the cartomizers would last me longer but they seem to go super fast even when I don't feel like I am puffing on it that much. But it is way better than smoking cigarettes. I think if they lowered the prices a little on the Flvormax cartomizers, since they go fast, and did something about the slow shipping with usps, since no matter how much you pay it arrives the same time, they would be perfect. I smoked years ago and quit because I started getting bronchitis all the time. Since I have started using the Electronic Cigarettes I can enjoy smoking without the constant bronchitis. My husband and I smoke cigars together and the GS brand has a "Gold" tobacco flavor that is similar to a cigar. I can enjoy with my husband without the stale smoke smells and leftover tastes. Other electronic cigarettes I've used have a better tasting vanilla flavor but for overall usage this is the best one I've used. I will continue to buy Electornic Cigarettes from GS and even buy one for my Mother who is a longtime cigarette smoker.

The major complaint I had with GS, was it was very hard to draw on & it didn't quite have as much vapor as I would have liked. I loved the taste and the battery life. Customer Serv. was helpful. Cost a little on the high side! Now, I have ordered V2 and I'm not wild about the taste and it has very short battery life. I am loosing my interest in e-cigs. I really want to quit, so I have done major research & have just ordered South Beach Smoke. Hopefully it will be in the first of next week. We shall see who wins!! :))

Their customer service reps are warm and always helpful, it seems like they have a "make sure the customer is pleased" policy and that is a rare thing these days! They shipped my order within 24 hours and when I got it I realized why I was willing to pay more for it than the cheap-o companies: the quality is top notch and the flavormax carts blew me away. This is definitely the way to go if you're trying ecigs for the first time. It's a shame that some people will buy the cheaper brands and get turned off by the idea of ecigs thinking they don't work or taste bad. Try this brand first and you won't regret it! Even the cheapies that tasted horrible. I smoked at least a half of a pack or more some days. I thought briefly about quitting, actually it was more a flicker I did not intend on quitting at least for a very long time. I enjoy smoking WAY too much. My husband (very rare smoker) bought me these as a gift swearing I'd have had cancer by the time I was 30, and this e-cig is THE BEST. I LOVE THEM!!! I had just bought a pack of Marlboros before trying these and have not had one of those cigarettes since. These are awesome. He wants to kiss me all the time now, I don't have a nasty smell to my breath, hair, or clothes and I am very happy with this product. I love all the flavors, but the Tobacco and Vanilla are my favorites. I was very skeptical and now I smoke in my house and my husband thinks these are so neat he even got his own flavors (mind you he doesn't even smoke!). Now we can sit and talk and cuddle and it has been wonderful. I can smoke as much as I want wherever I want and it's like switching brands, really. As for the battery, I see no problems in them. As for the people that have had problems, it's most likely because (like a cell phone battery) you have to let it fully charge the first time for it to keep your battery going properly. I'm just saying that so far they have not malfunctioned on me and I feel like I'm smoking any other ordinary cigarette. Or better. They taste fancy and I am so so grateful my sweetheart cared about me enough to get these for me. I love this product and I love you sweetie pie! I never thought I could say I would be able to quit tobacco and I have. I am a believer. Thank you :)

It kind of leaves a lil bit fruity taste in mouth first cupl times but i like it ok thus far cutting smoking real cigs in less than half my norm use. Was kind of spendy but hopefully will like well enough to quit smoking so that wud be cheaper.

GS has taken e-cigarette users by storm by creating a brand that cohesively joins additional vaping enjoyment and personalization into each piece of their system. Cartomizers are slightly longer providing 25% more Nicotine flavored juice than other e-cigarette brands and also incorporate the exclusive to GS, FlavorMax technology. FlavorMax provides a robustly flavored, dense vapor with each pull. An extensive list of choices to personalize everything from battery color and size to offering a wide selection of accessories, GS has achieved the ultimate brand to choose for personalizing any e-cigarette experience.

Green Smoke is a new e-cigarette brand that boasts Favor Max technology for their cartomizer cartridges, Flavor Max technology increases the volume of vapor exhaled with each pull of the e-cigarette. Cartomizer cartridges are color coded and range in price from $13.59 to $19.99 for a package of five and are triple sealed for freshness.

Nicotine range is between Zero percent to Full Flavor or 2.4 percent. Flavor cartridges are slightly longer than average offering twenty-five percent more Nicotine than other flavor cartridge brands, providing nearly 360 pulls per cartridge and equaling close to one and a half packs of traditional cigarettes.

GS offers seven cartridge flavors: Absolute Tobacco, Tobacco Red Label, Tobacco Gold, Menthol Ice, Vanilla Dreams, Mocha Mist and Smooth Chocolate. Of which Mocha Mist, Vanilla Dreams and Smooth Chocolate are unavailable for purchase if you're a California, Nevada or Oregon state resident. GS has a variety of starter kits that vary in price from $69.00 to $129.00. Which kit you choose depends solely on your needs as and e-cigarette user and what accessories you want included in your GS e-cigarette kit. The kit I reviewed is the Pro Kit, retailing for $129 and includes the following accessories: One short battery, One long battery, One USB battery, One USB charger, One car adapter, One home adapter and Ten cartomizer, flavor cartridges in your choice of Nicotine percentage and flavor. All accessories are neatly packaged in a re-usable green box that is excellent for storage when accessories are not in use.

GS utilizes a simple two piece system that includes the battery and the separate cartomizer which has an atomizer built in to each cartridge. This style of e-cigarette is the simplest form of e-cigarette construction and speeds the change of cartridges when required. To assemble a GS e-cigarette, remove your choice of cartomizer from its package and then screw the tip onto the fully charged battery. It's that easy, you're then ready to begin enjoying the use of your GS e-cigarette.

GS batteries depending on size, last between three hours and four hours and require a charging time of three to four hours to completely recharge. The USB e-cigarette included in the Pro Kit and purchasable separately, does not need to be charged and is ready to use immediately once plugged into a computer USB slot or by using it in conjunction with the car outlet adapter.

The tip of the GS e-cigarette is a plastic LED tip. The GS Pro Kit battery tips are a solid red when charging and then turn a solid green when charging has been fully completed. Upon using the e-cigarette the tip glowed red. If at any point you're interested in ordering additional batteries you will have the choice of either a green or red glow when in use. An additional battery color of Pink is also an additional option when purchasing additional batteries.

When using the GS e-cigarette, I found the flavor to be robust and provide a smooth throat hit similar to a traditional tobacco cigarette. The vapor exhaled from the GS e-cigarette is huge and extremely dense in visibility, not only with the initial priming but with each consecutive pull. Continued use of the GS e-cigarette provided a consistent amount of vapor with each exhale. My conclusion is that both the weight of the assembled e-cigarette and the vapor exhaled provide a realistic e-cigarette experience.
