 Battery LifeSmoke/Vapor Cust. ServiceCost/Value post comment | I have been using the Smoke Frii e-cigs for almost a year and have to say that I am very disappointed with this product. When I first started using them they were great but they have made changes and they are not what they used to be. The batteries die frequently and the local retail stores no longer sell them so you have to call or go on line to get replacements (however, they do replace them) and the cartridges don't last like the days of old. I guess they learned that if they last for days you don't spend as much money. I have now switched brands and they all seem to be about the same. | |
| P Singh commented on December 31 2011: Agree with you. I have only used their carts and they used to be very good. They have since changed to what looks to be the same crappy cartridges purveyed by Magic Mist - You start getting the same "burnt" or spent cartridge smell right from the outset. One is lucky to get 20 puffs out of a cart. One can forget about "customer service". | ||
