It gave me the nicotine I needed from my addiction I have battled with for so long. I bought the menthol high. Then there was a problem with the cartridge not lasting because the liquid would actually pour out in my mouth when I would drag on it. They were always willing to exchange them for me. But after a few months of using these it seemed that the cartridges didn't contain the nicotine it once did. The taste wasn't as good and it was no longer satisfying my need. I changed flavors and the cherry seemed to really do well till I ordered a new box of cartridges. They too seemed to be weeker. I finally gave up and went back to traditional cigarettes. I would try them again if they would fix the defects. I really want to quit and even if I didnt totally quit I would save money on these and they are way better for me.

Service Cost/Value I have been using this product e-cigs for almost a year and have to say that I am very disappointed with this product. When I first started using them they were great but they have made changes and they are not what they used to be. The batteries die frequently and the local retail stores no longer sell them so you have to call or go on line to get replacements (however, they do replace them) and the cartridges don't last like the days of old. I guess they learned that if they last for days you don't spend as much money. I have now switched brands and they all seem to be about the same. P Singh commented on December 31 2011: Agree with you. I have only used their carts and they used to be very good. They have since changed to what looks to be the same crappy cartridges purveyed by Magic Mist - You start getting the same "burnt" or spent cartridge smell right from the outset. One is lucky to get 20 puffs out of a cart. One can forget about "customer service".

I have tried many other nicotine product including the gum, patches, and prescription medications to assist with cravings. I talked to several people who began using them and each had atleast one minor reason to dislike the electronic device the purchased. Another friend had the frii smoke e-cig and said she loved it, so I decided to give it a try. I received the frii electronic cigarette 3 days ago. I am excited to say that I have not smoked a real cigarette since. This ecig satisfies my urge and doesn't taste bad. This I think will be the last product I need to successfully quit smoking. I wish I had known sooner to make this purchase.

I like the size, too. Hopefully the shorter battery doesn't mean decreased battery life, but it is too early to tell. I got the "tobacco high" flavor and it is pretty good, but I am hoping to refill the carts (they say not to) with smoke juice from Halo.

I use tobacoo high and love it . I tried all the different brands and this is the best simple to use battery and cartridges no liquids and they last along time. I have had only good things to say about the coustomer service also you place a order and it ships fast really fast. I would recomend FRII .

Service Cost/Value I bought a starter kit for about $100 from a kiosk in the mall while my adult son was visiting for the the holdiays. I hated the smell of his smoking and it was causing problems with his siblings since we are an anti-smoking family. He puffed a demo ecig right there in the mall agreed to use these at my house. The starter kit had two battery cigs and a usb/wall charger and 10 filter cartridges plus the stylish case. We chose MEDIUM nicotine. He said they taste like Marlboro red packs. He returned to college and to the best of my knowledge he hasnt smoked another real cigarette since. He likes the taste and cant believe we cant smell it. I like most that there is no smell or second hand smoke. The costs (since I am still subsidizing his college) are supposed are a bit less but we are too early to really tell. I guess the real savings is that it can be used for a single drag with no waste so the filter cartrage that is supposed to equal a pack) can be used at many more than the 20 smokings. Convienence and battery life appeared good. I am buying one for my mother now, she has been trying to quite her entire lifetime.
