The vapor and flavor are great and have had no problems with the batteries. I ordered the Deluxe starter kit with full flavor carts.I have tried Blu,Vapor4life,South Beach Smoke,Chase,& White Cloud & this product is the best one. It's very realistic as far as smoking to a real cigarette.Customer service has been great too. Going to try different flavors later. Has helped me to cut way back on smoking. I figure in a week or two I will be totally off the real thing. ES to me feels "cleaner" than a cigarette. I am at the point where I almost can't stand a real cig. I have also found that taking long slow drags gives a good throat hit & vapor. I have even got my son vaping them too!

I have tried to quit numerous times, but the hand to mouth habit and stress get me every time. I live in WI and hate freezing for a smoke outside. I love my ES eCig. I have had problems with the USB part of the charger breaking. Customer service took care of the issue both times. I also had a problem with the home delivery once. Again, customer service came to my rescue and monitered my account to prevent further issues. I love the vapor and draw on this product and really love being able to smoke everywhere. I teach at 3 colleges and recommend this product to my students and colleagues every chance I get. My kids love that I don't smell like smoke and am not "going to die from smoking." I absolutely love the different levels of nicotine so I can wean down and just have the flavor without the drug eventually. I would like to see the quality of the USB charger improved. I would also love to see more flavors (mocha coffee?) and some existing flavors improved (cherry and coffee aren't that great). The classic tobacco and very vanilla are my aboslute favorites. this device is economical and is a wonderful product and a lifesaver. I also have asthma and have no coughing and no shortness of breath. I smoke less than I did when I smoked cigarettes, even under great stress as a PTSD Army Veteran. My Doctor and Therapist are proud of the change and happy I am using a better product. Did I mention I love this brand? ;)

One issue however has been with the batteries. The short batteries seem to be defective. We have tried 4 now and none of them will charge. It is a good thing the long batteries are charging because if there were issues with those as well I would have given up. I have requested that this ecig send us two long batteries so we can have backup that is charged all the time. If we can resolve the battery issues I will be an this e-cigarette customer for life. I do not miss regular cigarettes at all! So far customer service has been good. We will see what happens now that the replacement batteries are not charging either.

After doing a long research I shortlisted three brands and this e-cig was running a heavy discount so decided to give it a try first. It may not feel like the real thing but enough to give you a good idea about vaping and get you started in this new world. Before taking your vaping to the next level I suggest you start with simple two parts solution like this and for the price/quality you can't beat it. Service Cost/Value I have smoked for 30 years and as of today I have used this brand's vapor cigarettes for 1 year. I was a menthol smoker and I chose the menthol brand. I have not lit up a regular cigarette since the day I bought it. I could not be happier with my choice. It was reviews like this that I read that made me choose this brand and I have refereed many to them and they to are still using it. I have had great service, fast replies to any problems and they have replaced anything that didn't work or failed shortly after use. I will continue to use this product because I like to smoke. I wish that the carry case would hold several batteries and cartridges but I just found a coin purse that's works just as well. I do suggest buying the manual batteries, they seem to last longer because you only use them when you are actually only using them. I also suggest getting a 12 ml cartomizer or lower to start or you may find that the flavor is way too strong and be turned off before giving this brand a good try. I really do think that this brand has a very good flavor, it is actually better than a real cigarette and also the closest to the menthol. I smoked Menthol and really like the flavor of this brand because of the fact that it is very close to my Salem slim lights. carrie commented on February 25 2013: what flavor are you referring to?

Since I started using the electronic cigarette I haven't had the urge to smoke an actual cigarette. I chose the menthol flavor and it is very close to Newport menthol. I chose the manual battery since it allows for more vapor. Since I purchased the kit with two batteries I haven't had the problem of not having a battery handy when needed. The only problem is with the case. It only holds one battery, 3 cartridges and usb charger. With a little alternation I was able to fit both batteries and 1 cartridge. I carry additional cartridges in my purse since they are foil packed. It would be nice if there was a case that held both batteries (1 long & 1 short) and at least 2 cartridges. Since I purchased a second usb, I leave one at home and one in the car and don't need to carry one in the case. I've seen other cases that have this option and am looking into purchasing one of them. The case is a minor issue. The taste and vapor is the most important thing and this brand has been the best of all I have tried including blu, infinite, and enjoy. I have contacted customer service regarding a cartridge that wasn't working and was told once I finish the 15 pack to call and let them know how many were not working and they will replace them. I did get my kit on sale so I feel that the purchase price was worth it. In the 11 days, I've used 5 cartridges. If I were still using regular cigarettes, I would have purchased 4 packs. (Over $40 in NY). Neither my car nor my clothes smell of smoke and I can use it anywhere.

Service Cost/Value I highly recommend to anyone I know, and don't know, if you are in the search for the right electronic cigarette company, do not waste your money, time, and energy with the sub-par ones out there! this product has a really brilliant line, with the most advanced technology available. I have tried so many types, and have had a lot of ridiculous experiences. I have used e-cigarettes that seriously did not work, and I've used others that fell apart and some have even gotten extremely hot to where I got burned using them normally! Be ware is all I have to say! this device e-cigarettes are the best I have found, and in my 4 months of use, have not encountered anything bad or bizarre.

This is my second electric cigarette and I am glad I purchased this one. The one I had been using had a very light vapor and was hard to draw the vapor out. This e-cigarette is awesome! I am very pleased with the battery life it did last a farely long time...the amount of vapor is very pleasing to an average smoker....I did have to contact customer service for a back order that i still have not recieved.

The battery life is very good. Vapor amount is exact. No over taste or extra liquid and easy draw. Customer service has been excellent, fast and very helpful. I had one if the batteries stop working right the first week. They told me of some trouble shooting things to try and when that didn't work they immediately sent me a replacement. The batteries are one extended and one basic, seems that it wouldn't cost anymore to give 2 extended batteries and just do away with the basic battery. I had some trouble receiving my first month's refill. This worries me a little because if the factory isn't making enough filters, how many times does this happen?? Not sure about the cost. Pretty confident that it is cheaper than regulart cigarettes. However, the benefits of smoking but not smoking are enormous, no money value can be placed on that. My children are very excited and have noticed a big change in the air inside my home. The carry case needs some improvements. It should hold on e-cig with battery attached. An extra battery, extra filter and the usb adapter. I started using the e-cigarette at the end of February and have gone from 2 to 3 packs a day down to less than 1/2 a pack of real cigarettes a day. Awesome!!

Service Cost/Value I have been very pleased overall with the experience of switching to an Electronic Cigarette, namely this ecig Ultimate Starter Kit. So far my only complaints are that the handsome carrying case should be a quarter inch longer so you can actually carry your cigs ready to go in your pocket without disassembling first, this might avoid clogging the airholes with pocket lint while still keeping it out of view from your kids and also that my initial order took a very long time to arrive. It was supposed to be 5-7 business and was more like 15 days total; however, a subsequent order for the flavor sampler only took several days. A phone call to change my monthly shipment was quick to be answered and easy, though I should be able to just do that on my account via the web? Smoking these does come with a little learning curve to get used to how hard and long to draw and I don't find the need to draw as much from these as a normal cig would take. It tastes a little nasty at first but was quick to get used to and I'm not missing regular cigs at all. Especially since I can smoke this anywhere and don't stink up my car, bathroom, neighbors, etc. plus I'm not wheezing anymore at night when I'm trying to go to sleep! I personally like the cherry flavor as much as the tobacco, menthol is just like the real thing, coffee and vanilla were terrible for me. ES seems to be a quality product that lasts me about 2 days per cartridge and battery charge. Sooooo much more, and better tasting, vapor than the pathetic e-cigs I bought a couple years back. I'm a 30-year smoker who's always looking for a healthier alternative, and I decided right away to order an this e-cig kit, with extra cartridges and a flavor sampler pack too. Right after placing my order online (literally within a couple minutes) I received an email saying one of the items was not in stock, and suggesting I should call to work out a substitution. Turned out the Classic Tobacco 18mg cartridges were out of stock (problem right off the bat...why?), so I switched to the vanilla flavor. Some computer problem prevented the phone rep from changing the flavor directly, so my order had to be cancelled and another order placed for the same items. No harm, no foul at this point, as she was very friendly, professional and diligent about verifying that everything I wanted was included on the new order. I placed the order on Wednesday and received it today (Saturday) only three days after placing the order. I was surprised and happy to see it here so soon. There was only one glaring problem, and that was, there were no cartridges included with my order at all. All the other items were there, but are useless because I have no cartridges. The cartridges were marked off by hand on the invoice as though they had been packed with everything else, but were not in the package. (The carrying case is also backordered, but I knew that at the time I placed the order.) Of course since it's Saturday there's no one to answer the phone at this product, so I'll have to wait two days minimum before I can talk to someone and get the rest of my order on its way. I sent an email explaining the problem and will follow up with a phone call right away Monday morning. The quality of this device seems first rate, but come on, people! How can you forget to send 36 cartridges (15 vanilla, 15 coffee and 6 in the sampler pack) with an order? $140 worth of stuff sitting here and it will be another four days minimum until I can use it. It's not like I've never made a mistake, but come on shipper-guy! You marked the cartridges off on the invoice but didn't put them in the package. Wake up! I've ordered many things online over the years from many places, and have never had an item that was accounted for on the invoice be missing from the order. So, I'm waiting patiently until Monday and sticking with the Pall-Malls til then. What else can a guy do? :-)

Service Cost/Value I got the starter kit about a week ago because though i don't smoke much I do sometimes crave it and I want to quit. I am a casual smoker (after meals and with friends or when drinking). Even though I have tried different brands of electronic I like this e-cigarette the best because it creates a lot of vapor smoke and i like its looks. It tastes very good and my craving stops. I have hung out with friends that smoke and eventhough they were smoking real cigarettes I didn't crave any because i felt I was really smoking with my new e-cig. It's great because of it many advantages it fits anywhere, you don't need to be carrying a lighter and the best part of it is that it tastes good! I highly recommend this brand. I showed my other friend who currently has three different brands and tried my ES one and he said it was way better. I cannot complain. Any person trying to quit cigarettes must try this e-cig!

Some were total garbage and some were pretty good. I have never been wowed, that is until now! I have to agree with other reviews here on this product, they have really figured it out and have come up with what I will go ahead and call the perfect ecig. I dont care for the large ego tanks - i prefer the ecigs like this that look and feel like the real thing. Anyway, everything about this device is really the best I have seen - vapor production, flavors and taste, battery life and workmanship. I haven't had to use their customer service but I cannot imagine its bad given how well they have done everything else. to all the other brands out there - take notice there's a new sheriff in town! hahaha buy this brand with confidence - they are really that much better than anyone else.

My mom as been a smoker for over 40 years. My family has tried to get her to quit using many different methods but she was never psychologically ready to give up the habit. I say psychologically because I think just putting something in her hand and taking a drag is something she does to relieve stress. She received the starter kit with 0% nicotine and has been using it ever since! She was coughing really bad when I was home last so I got her this product for Christmas. Service Cost/Value Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone that is cruising these reviews looking to make a decision. I've tried several other brands of e-cigs (V2, blu, smoking everywhere) and this is BY FAR the best I've tried out. Vapor is awesome and you can feel a good throat hit. I started with th 18mg carts to see how comparable they are to the "reds" I usually smoke. I Have to say I'm impressed. Only thing is be sure to read through the material on their website about cartridge strengths and how they are compared to "full flavor", "lights" and "ultra lights". I let a friend try the 18mg's and after a coughing fit, he said the burn was way too much. He smokes "lights". Battery life is far better than I expected. I use an this ecig standard auto battery and usually get an entire day using the thing every hour. I do find that I need to draw on it less times than a regular cigarette, just because you know when you have had enough to satisfy that craving. I haven't had to deal with Customer Service directly. The one issue I did have, had to do with shipping methods. I ordered my starter kit with 3-5 day priority. I was emailed a UPS tracking number when the order was actually sent US Postal. Kind of confusing when I expected to see it tracked through the carrier they emailed and it showed up in the mailbox, rather than at the door. this e-cigarette does offer a scheduled cartridge delivery system which I thought was very cool. You can set it to order whenever you want. Overall cost of the starter kit is comparable, but the quality far exceeds other brands in my opinion. If you are serious about purchasing an e-cig, give these guys a try. Order their flavor pack and see if you find a flavor you like. Thanks, this e-cig, for a quality product I can actually USE!

Service Cost/Value I was a hard core smoker, 1-1/2 packs a day and I started this product a month ago on the advice of my Doctor. I had no withdrawal symptoms, like the patch and I even sleep better than I did with the patch. I live with a smoker and I don't even have the urge to "bum" a cigarette. I'm even smoking less; a cartridge is lasting 2-3 days. I started with the 18mg cartridge and plan on stepping down when I purchase my next cartridges. It has really helped me. I"m going to keep going! Service Cost/Value Purchased this device Premium starter pack - received the package in 5 days, 2 days before the tracking number projected as delivery date. Finally! After trying Blu, Finiti and V2, I finally found a brand that produces LOTS OF VAPOR! Never knew smoking was so complicated - a lot depends on the throat hit (I'd never even heard of that expression before vaping), the taste, the ease of draw, the feeling of the ecig in your hand and the amount of vapor - all these things play into the smoking experience - who knew? The only problem I've had was feeling that I had to draw too hard to get enough vapor - after experimenting, I found that I had simply screwed the battery on too tightly! Adjusting how tight the cartridge is screwed on affects the ease of draw and the amount of vapor. I started with 12 mg. - will probably cut down on my next order, but will decide once I settle into being a full-time this brandr! I am VERY SATISFIED with this product. I've smoked for 56 years, tried everything except Chantix (that stuff scares the hell out of me!) to stop smoking. My oxygen saturation has improved and energy levels are up since I'm not inhaling all those toxins from cigarettes!

I can't quite figure that out because the rep that took my order on the phone could have made me aware of that at the time of purchase.anyway 160$ and part of the order kind of makes me a bit leary,but I will just practice patience for the time being. Oh and another thing if you are planning too purchase a standard battery withh the manual trigger.It won't last you a day of vaporing.or at least mine didn't. Service Cost/Value I ordered my Starter Kit on Jan 11th and I received it on Jan 21st, so 10 days is not to bad considering that I selected the Standard Shipping option, which was the cheapest option. Considering that if you order the kit through ecigarettes365.com, you get an $8.00 discount which helps to offset some of the shipping charges. Anyway, I received the kit and was anxious to give it a try. The kit I ordered came with 2 batteries, a high capacity and a standard battery. The high capacity battery seems to give you more vapor, which I was very pleased with. There is very little difference in the length or diameter of the batteries, they are almost exactly the same. The amount of vapor was a whole lot more than the previous ECigarette (SafeCig) that I tried. I smoke Menthol cigarettes so I ordered the Cool Menthol cartridges and the taste is extremely close to my regular brand. The other ECigarette that I used seemed to have a perfume taste especially towards the end of the cartridge. I really like that the nicotine mg's are printed on the cartridge and the color and or stripes on the cartridge also tell you what flavor they are. My husband smokes Classic tobacco, when we tried SafeCig, we could very easily mix up the Menthol and the Classic cartridges because they were not marked. The one thing that I did notice that if use it for several deep drags it gets hot on your lips, almost like hot boxing I guess. I measured the ECig against my normal 100's and it is about 3/4" longer and just a little bigger in diameter. The weight is heavier than the analog but not alot. I am very confortable holding it the same way I do a normal cigarette which was a concern for me. I also like having the ability of setting up an automatic reoder for the cartridges at a discount, this way I don't have to remember to order. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to go strictly to ECigarettes and hopefully over time reduce the amount of nicotine and quit completely.

This is by far the best ecig I've tried and I've tried a ton of them (Blu, Greensmoke, v2, Prosmome, safecig, smoke 51). Everything is better - vapor production, battery, amount of puffs, etc. ecig technology has definitely evolved and this e-cig is definitely atop of the list. Again - its not even close. I am very happy with this purchase. When I visited the US earlier in the year, I bought another brand at the mall and was very happy with it. When it stopped working, I was forced to buy online and did a good amount of research. Every site seemed to be talking and chatting about this new company called this product so I ordered one. It arrived in Mexico in 6 days. This brand is by far better than the brand I had before. The flavors are better, the battery also lasts longer and it creates a lot more vapor. If you are thinking of buying an ecigarette or if you already use another brand, you HAVE to switch to this device. it's night and day and definitely worth the $60. I can easily say that i have not found any way that this brand could be improved, except making it free, haha.

I like the automatic battery's with the white coating on them...they look JUST like a cigg!! I selected the 12 mg tobacco flavor and i feel like im really smoking!HUGE vapor and throat hit! People cant belive it's an ecig! Very well made andhigh quality materials.it completely satisfy's my cravings and i have NO desire to smoke real cigg's at all! I got the Premium Model and I also got the assorted flavors. I have to say that I like them all but the Menthol is my favorite. I love to see the look on people's faces when I use it. They are all amazed. I have not had an urge for a real cig since I started with this ecig. Well, that's not true. I do get the urge, but then I just take a drag of the ecig and it satisfies me just as well. Today I ordered more cartridges (just the menthol) and the customer service reps were very helpful and even offered me a discount if I signed up for auto-shipping of my cartridges every month - I tool it! I think this is exactly what I needed to finally quit. Very exciting indeed.

My wife bought it for me knowing that I was unhappy with the Blu cigs I was using. She read some reviews and said this new brand came highly recommended. I am glad she did, I didn't know what I was missing until I tried this brand. It really does have the most vapor I have ever seen with any e-cig. The batteries charge quickly and maintain a charge for a long time. I called the day after Christmas and joined the monthly cartridge delivery. I do like the flavors - I went with tobacco but also ordered the assorted. I don't care much for the sweet flavors but that's just me. The ecig comes nice packaged and seems to be of very high quality. I definitely like it better than the others I have tried. Their customer service seems very good - I called about the travel charger and they were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the product. Answered every question I had. It is as close to a real cigarette as anything I've ever tried. I have used a couple of other brands and this one (this e-cigarette) just performs. It tastes better and just feels better when you draw. You actually feel it in your throat like a real cigarette - but it's not real smoke which is amazing! This is one of the best inventions in years and will clearly save lives.

First off, I am a real person, not paid nor approached by this product or any 3rd party to write a review. With that said, I shall start. Because of all the rave reviews about this e-cig, I was let down thinking this was going to be pretty much 'just' like a cigarette but found out it is not. However, I have tried a few other e-cigs (Blu Disposable, Finiti Disposable, and a white one I think called Rave) and this one by far beats them on taste, style, packaging, and smoothness. For me smoothness is numero uno as I smoked Camel Turkish Gold and Marlboro 27 and if I could not find an e-cig that offered similar flavor, strength, and smoothness, then I knew I would probably never quit. I feel with this one I have a great chance at kicking the habit (smoked from age 13 - now {28}). My pros for this e-cig so far is: looks stylish and like a real cig, pricing along with Home Delivery Program which gives 20% off future cartridges, taste, smoothness and amount of vapor. My cons are: there was a little pencil mark on my long manual battery and when you connect the battery and cartomizer it is slightly crooked, website is a bit confusing when it comes to completing order (if you have cancelled and pending orders for one order..), lack of detailed info about Home Delivery Program on website, flavor selection is not as large as other competitors but they are new so give them time. Conclusion is I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I love them and can't wait to post more in the future after using it for a month or so. Have totally replaced my Marlboros with this brand and it's been life-changing. I feel better, my cough has vanished and I don't get out of breath as much anymore. The batteries last me all day. I prefer the the smaller one as its more like the real cigarette size. The quality is great. I've seen other brands and they just look cheap with plastic tips. This e-cigarette has a crystal tip. Very good design and well made of you ask me. I do wish they offered the batteries in fashionable colors like red or blue but everything else is perfect.

I have enjoye my ES so much that today I bought one for my mother - a smoker of 40 years. Everything from the taste (I got classic tobacco) to the battery life are great. I had heard through a forum that this new company called this e-cig had come out with a new ecig and that is was by far the best on the market. Well I have to agree. I have used 3 other brands in the last year and this product seems to outperform them all. The vapor is leaps and bounds better than anything I have tried. The taste of the filters are great too. My favorite is definitely the peppermint. I usually smoke menthol but peppermint has me hooked. I ordered the sampler pack but am ordering peppermint going forward. I would definitely recommend that you order the sampler as all the flavors are really great. I can say as an experienced ecig smoker, that I definitely upgraded by switching to this device.

The interior light illuminates the inside of the case to make finding your battery's charging slot and the additional five cartomizer storage spots extremely convenient in any type of dimly lit environment.

Each personal charging case charges one battery, four times before the case needs to be recharged. The case charges completely within two hours and comes with an AC plug to be used with an electrical outlet and a USB cord for use with a computer or a cigarette lighter adapter. This portable charging case utilizes an advanced charging technology that offers a longer charge capability, provides juice for longer periods of time and won't harm your battery if it's left in place after charging is completed because it actually stops power from being pulled to the battery when the battery is completely charged.
