Service Cost/Value I just received my starter kit and I was so excited about it, however I could not get it to work. I emailed customer support after being unable to reach them via telephone and they responded quickly to inform me they will send me a new battery. Hopefully it won't take too long for it to come it. Five starts for customer service though Kristy commented on February 28 2013: this product sent me the new battery and I got it a few days ago. This one seems to be working fine so far and I am really enjoying having this e-cigarette! I am hoping to use it to help me stop smoking and I already can tell it is going to work. If I could change my rating I would increase it to 5 stars!

Service Cost/Value i have tried everything but an e-cig. people have told me about them but didnt think it would work. so i tried to see if it would work.im on day 1 and havent had a cig in 10 hours. i think i can do this! maybe i should of gotten a higher amount of nicotine, but who knows. im happy and will continue to smoke these!! Geraldine Drevnak commented on April 08 2012: I have almost 40 years, I tried the nicotine patch, nicotine gum as well as lozenges, nicorette inhaler and chantix (all of these products several times) I have C.O.P.D. and last week I was told I have arterial stenosis from loss of blood flow, which causes great pain and I could loose my hand or I may need a by pass operation due to tobacco abuse. I purchased this eon cigarette and cartridges once, however, I haven't had a cigarette in three days and I have no desire to smoke. I wish I would have known about this sooner and I would not have this medical problem. This is working for me and I think I could do it with these~

Service Cost/Value I never thought I would ever buy one of these and I didn't, my boyfriend (who is a non-smoker but occasionally smoke a cigar) got it for me two days ago when we went to a smoke shop (NYC). I was very excited because my friend had one (diff brand) and I sometimes use hers just for fun (like a hookah because she had fruity flavors) but I never saw it as a method to quit. I smoke at least half a pack a day but ever since I got the ecig, I only had 2-3 cigs a day now. I haven't had the pleasure to deal with any customer service yet. But this ecig has definitely stole my heart from my Capri. However, I went on the site and I was a bit disappointed on how little flavors they have (only ten). I was hoping there was more but I am sure they will make some more flavors soon.

Service Cost/Value I recently purchased the wrangler flavor and was reluctant to think it would help me put down real cigarettes seeing as how i have tried ther brands with no success. It has been over a week and needless to say i have not had a single cigarette. I am truly happy with my purchase
