Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/ValueI have looked online @ other brands, I do not wish to mess around with liquids, don't want weird colored tip light, simply put, this product delivers an affordable substitute to cigarette smoking. So happy to have found this product...DOES NOT FEEL LIKE I HAD TO COMPROMISE OR GIVE ANYTHING UP! FEELS LIKE I WIN!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!! :) |

Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/ValueKristy commented on February 28 2013: this device sent me the new battery and I got it a few days ago. This one seems to be working fine so far and I am really enjoying having this e-cigarette! I am hoping to use it to help me stop smoking and I already can tell it is going to work. If I could change my rating I would increase it to 5 stars! |

Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/ValueTheir customer service has gotten worse and worse over the months: 1) Delayed shipments (waited almost three weeks for the last order - no warning from this brand about the delay. Multiple status requests required to get ETA. They distribute shipping email notifications via Stamps.com even if the product is sitting on their shelves for days/weeks - isn't the point of a shipping notification to let their customer know a product has shipped? 2) Incredibly inconsistent product quality. Many defective cartridges. Now, product is replaced with a crinkly plastic encased version - all cartridges arrive tasting burnt, produces little vapor. Still can't determine if these are old stock or new format (ugh). 3) Direct questions to customer service ARE IGNORED, while the replies are single, broken sentence responses often unrelated to questions asked. There is talk about a company buyout - denied by this ecig - but maybe this explains their disregard for paying-customer concerns. My recommendation is to take your purchases elsewhere at this point. I'm disappointed to say this as when they are good, I'm very pleased with the product and prompt delivery. Given the cost involved, though, it's simply akin to playing Russian Roulette with every order. A real shame. JC Mark Chung commented on January 07 2013: this e-cigarette Customer Service and Product Quality We understand your concerns for product quality and customer service and we wanted to let you and everyone know that we are working on it around the clock. We have been incredibly busy simply because of increased turnover and traffic for our products nationwide. There are also many retailers that carry our product if you cannot wait to recieve cartridges. We've recently hired two new customer service professionals that are now religiously answering the phones and concerning themselves with our customers. Based on the product quality, we have increased our manufacturing facilities in the past several months. This had the negative effect of mistakes in our manufacturing practices. This has been developed and fixed. If you have recieved any defective cartridges; please let us know and we will remedy the situation. Every growing company unfortunately must face growing pains. We are hiring more and more people to deal with our online customers and will continue to do so. |

Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/ValueAfter doing some research it seems i got lucky with my sister finding this product brand because their products are really some of the best in the market. They use a KR808d-1 style battery and cartomizer which i am learning is pretty well regarded among ecig groups. I have since ordered another battery, and 40 of the wrangler cartridges to keep me going for a short while, and will no doubt be ordering more before long. Next time ordering i think i will try a few new flavours and see what is good. |

Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/ValueGeraldine Drevnak commented on April 08 2012: I have almost 40 years, I tried the nicotine patch, nicotine gum as well as lozenges, nicorette inhaler and chantix (all of these products several times) I have C.O.P.D. and last week I was told I have arterial stenosis from loss of blood flow, which causes great pain and I could loose my hand or I may need a by pass operation due to tobacco abuse. I purchased this eon cigarette and cartridges once, however, I haven't had a cigarette in three days and I have no desire to smoke. I wish I would have known about this sooner and I would not have this medical problem. This is working for me and I think I could do it with these~ |

Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/ValueCustomer Service: 10/10 Experience: I ordered 18mg cartridges and since having them, I do feel that the urge to smoke real cigarettes will definitely go down. The product is very well made, excellent finish and quality. Great taste for menthol (and peppermint and orange which I tried through my friend). Product Quality: 10/10 Taste, Battery life, Smoking replacement experience: Although I have just had this for over a day, right now I am pleased with all these three qualities. I would definitely post my experience after I have had a chance to experience this new technology. Advantages: All said, its going to help...whenever there would be an urge to smoke, having this ecig handy would be advantageous - save the walk outside the building in the smoking area, having to stand for those 5-10 minutes uncomfortably in the cold, and what more, if I go for a smoke, I would end up smoking the whole stick. Rather than that, few puffs of this e-cigarette will be the equivalent of smoking and also it wins over to help control that urge which could very well be satisfied with few puffs of this e-cig. If I do need to really have the real smoke, I would save it for a rainy day. Overall Rating: 10/10. Thank You! |

Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Valuebill commented on September 30 2011: just trying to find out where the eon smoke is made and what is in it there is no info on where it is made |
Eon Smoke is a premium brand of electronic cigarettes which come in various flavors. An electronic cigarette is a revolutionary alternative to traditional smoking except without the offensive odor, tar, and ash. Eon smoke strives to create the highest quality electric cigarette on the market today with plans for further improvement.
Considering Eon Smoke e-cigarettes consist of only two parts; the battery and atomizer, simply screw the battery and atomizer together. Once the two parts are firmly together you may begin inhaling the cigarette. The Atomizer which is the heating element vaporizes the nicotine solution which you then inhale as a vapor. This is not smoke so you will not feel the traditional burn of tobacco or deal with any tar or ash. We recommend short light puffs in the beginning.
