Everything I want and nothing I don't!!!! 3 weeks without a tobacco cigarette (1 pk/day b4). No agitating moments, just relaxing enjoyment. And my hair smells fresh, my clothes too... I have looked online @ other brands, I do not wish to mess around with liquids, don't want weird colored tip light, simply put, this product delivers an affordable substitute to cigarette smoking. Service Cost/Value I just received my starter kit and I was so excited about it, however I could not get it to work. I emailed customer support after being unable to reach them via telephone and they responded quickly to inform me they will send me a new battery. Hopefully it won't take too long for it to come it. Five starts for customer service though Kristy commented on February 28 2013: this device sent me the new battery and I got it a few days ago. This one seems to be working fine so far and I am really enjoying having this e-cigarette! I am hoping to use it to help me stop smoking and I already can tell it is going to work. If I could change my rating I would increase it to 5 stars!

Service Cost/Value I've spent over a thousand dollars with this company over the past 1-1/2 years simply because I prefer their Wrangler flavor. Their customer service has gotten worse and worse over the months: 1) Delayed shipments (waited almost three weeks for the last order - no warning from this brand about the delay. Multiple status requests required to get ETA. They distribute shipping email notifications via Stamps.com even if the product is sitting on their shelves for days/weeks - isn't the point of a shipping notification to let their customer know a product has shipped? 2) Incredibly inconsistent product quality. Many defective cartridges. Now, product is replaced with a crinkly plastic encased version - all cartridges arrive tasting burnt, produces little vapor. Still can't determine if these are old stock or new format (ugh). 3) Direct questions to customer service ARE IGNORED, while the replies are single, broken sentence responses often unrelated to questions asked. There is talk about a company buyout - denied by this ecig - but maybe this explains their disregard for paying-customer concerns. My recommendation is to take your purchases elsewhere at this point. I'm disappointed to say this as when they are good, I'm very pleased with the product and prompt delivery. Given the cost involved, though, it's simply akin to playing Russian Roulette with every order. A real shame. Based on the product quality, we have increased our manufacturing facilities in the past several months. This had the negative effect of mistakes in our manufacturing practices. This has been developed and fixed. If you have recieved any defective cartridges; please let us know and we will remedy the situation. Every growing company unfortunately must face growing pains. We are hiring more and more people to deal with our online customers and will continue to do so.

Service Cost/Value I had breast cancer, kidney cancer and ovarian cancer, but still I smoked the urge would not go away. Two weeks ago I saw my friend who had been smoking 2-3 packs a day and she has not smoked in a month. I immediately ran and bought the product. I still had a few cigarettes on me, but in the end I started with this. I went outside to see what would happen if I smoked a real cigarette and I enjoyed this menthol e-cigarette, more than the cigarette itself. I am smoke free for 2 weeks and am so happy I did this!

Battery life seems to be just under 1 cartridge, but the kit came with 2 so not a problem. Quality seems excellent overall...good fit and finish...simple to change carts. Reorders seem to take a lot longer (ordererd Sunday still waiting Thursday), so plan accordingly. Overall, good product.

Service Cost/Value I am from Australia and nicotine containing ecigs are banned here, so i had my sister who lives in NY find me an ecig and ship it over. It just so happened she located an this e-cig brand and i am so grateful she did. After screwing on my first cartomizer that came with the starter kit (a wrangler 18mg flavour) i have not had a cigarette, and on top of that i have fallen in love with vaping and ecigs. After doing some research it seems i got lucky with my sister finding this product brand because their products are really some of the best in the market. They use a KR808d-1 style battery and cartomizer which i am learning is pretty well regarded among ecig groups. I have since ordered another battery, and 40 of the wrangler cartridges to keep me going for a short while, and will no doubt be ordering more before long. Next time ordering i think i will try a few new flavours and see what is good.

Service Cost/Value I was a 1 1/2 pack a day smoker for 40 years until July of last year when I purchased an this device kit. It completely satisfies my urges. I can use it at my desk at work and I find I'm much more productive as I don't have to run outside anymore. The customer service is fantastic! I order more atomizers and 2 days later I receive them in the mail. This product is a God send! Without it I would still be smoking for sure. This is a fantastic product and I recommend it very highly. I can't tell you how great it is not to smell like smoke anymore, let alone the health benefits.

Service Cost/Value I never thought I would ever buy one of these and I didn't, my boyfriend (who is a non-smoker but occasionally smoke a cigar) got it for me two days ago when we went to a smoke shop (NYC). I was very excited because my friend had one (diff brand) and I sometimes use hers just for fun (like a hookah because she had fruity flavors) but I never saw it as a method to quit. I smoke at least half a pack a day but ever since I got the ecig, I only had 2-3 cigs a day now. I haven't had the pleasure to deal with any customer service yet. But this ecig has definitely stole my heart from my Capri. However, I went on the site and I was a bit disappointed on how little flavors they have (only ten). I was hoping there was more but I am sure they will make some more flavors soon.

I can honestly say this has been the most pleasureable experience ever. it feels like the real thing yet its not! I'm used to 15-30 Newports a day and I didn't want to go all the way downstairs to smoke every time I needed one so I walked across the street to a smoke shop and bought an this brand ecig. It was the only one they had but I took a chance and bought it anyways. I'm so SURPRISED at how satisfying it is. I can sit in my apartment from the time I get home to when I sleep without having the urge to have a real cig once. I also found a technique to inhale more vapor by covering the 2 little airholes on the filter and it gives a very satisfying feeling close to that of a real cig. Couldn't be happier.

Ordered them on the 30th and they were already at my doorstep on the 31st, although it was a minor error and they sent me only the cartridges (40 of them :). I called them and they sent me the full kit next day itself. And they let me keep a box (worth 5 cartridges - very good customer service). Customer Service: 10/10 Experience: I ordered 18mg cartridges and since having them, I do feel that the urge to smoke real cigarettes will definitely go down. The product is very well made, excellent finish and quality. Great taste for menthol (and peppermint and orange which I tried through my friend). Product Quality: 10/10 Taste, Battery life, Smoking replacement experience: Although I have just had this for over a day, right now I am pleased with all these three qualities. I would definitely post my experience after I have had a chance to experience this new technology. Advantages: All said, its going to help...whenever there would be an urge to smoke, having this ecig handy would be advantageous - save the walk outside the building in the smoking area, having to stand for those 5-10 minutes uncomfortably in the cold, and what more, if I go for a smoke, I would end up smoking the whole stick. Rather than that, few puffs of this e-cigarette will be the equivalent of smoking and also it wins over to help control that urge which could very well be satisfied with few puffs of this e-cig. Service Cost/Value I bought the economy kit in wrangler red from a smoke shop in new york city and now i smoke in all the bars and clubs around here inside when i party. they banned smoking in parks, restaurants, clubs, etc around here in new york so pretty soon you just wont be able to smoke cigarettes ever. This product was an obvious choice and i recommend it to anyone trying to quit smoking or use e cigs. I wish it was a bit smaller though but overall i give this device a 9 in terms of experience.

Service Cost/Value I gotta say this is my first electronic cig and I was definitely the guy poking fun of some of my friends trying to quit smoking with their e-cigs... Ive been smoking for over 20 years and my lungs are definitely starting to get upset at me. I've tried the patch and the gum and although i stopped smoking cigarettes for a few weeks i've always come back to cigarettes. I can't say this brand will cure me of my tobacco addiction but Ive only had 4 cigarettes in the last month and the electronic cigarette has definitely been the best method for me to cut down on cigarettes. I do get urges all the time and I just puff on this ecig cig for a good 10-20 minutes and then put it away and usually that satisfies me, sometimes though i need a real cig, what are you gonna do... overall though i'd say this e-cigarette e cig is definitely a great invention and I would reccommend it to my friends if they want to cut down.

They where difficult to smoke and if I pulled to hard, it would spew nicotine, It took 3-4 minutes to get the thing started. But this ecig is very smooth and produced a lot more vapor. I have been using it for a month and it never! Ever spewed nicotine did not matter how many pulls or how hard I pulled! Plus delivery was insanely quick!I think these guys are probably one of the best out there!!
