Overall Battery Life Smoke/Vapor Cust. Service Cost/Value		bad product; sent me expired filters; I got the pakage 10-27-11 and the filters expired on 10-24-2011. Original order was placed 9-27-2011; received 10 days later now they say the 30 day money back is not any good anymore. They put us on ayot ship after we told them to not and cancel auto ship.
