| | Love it! Tried several other brands and I always come back to CL9! FYI: I smoked appx. 2 pkgs. a day for 50 years, tried everything even hypnosis, nothing worked! I was smoke free for 9 months then gradually started smoking again until I begin feeling tired and out of breath. Been on CL9 for 33 days now and back to doing my Jane Fonda etal workouts! Much more energy and feeling good about myself! Good Luck!

| | I love Cloud 9. My Pulmonologist recommended it to me. I have smoked for 39 years, well over 2 packs a day. After a month of the Cloud 9 e-cigg, I am down to no more than 12 real ciggs a day. This is so UNBELIEVABLE! Never in a million years did I think I'd quit smoking. Had no desire. I will be totally off commercial cigarettes within the next month. THANK YOU CLOUD 9! AND their customer service is super. Response to emails is super fast. |

| | I bought a cloud 9 e-cig today and it definitely takes some getting used to. After about 5 hits I got a headache and sick stomach. It works well... but im afraid that it will malfunction due to the comments. I bought the starter lit with the cartomizer for 12 bucks and no tax. 5 cartriges? cost the same price as the whole starter kit so i will be ordering liquid from now on. this thing gives me a hella buzz not like a cig. hope it gets better or i need to lower the nicotine content bcause too strong ! ! overall I am happy and if it breaks owell cause its soo cheap and pays for itself in less than a week. im psyched to try ejolt cola flavored caffiene juice with no nicotine or some of the many different flavors that can be had. How can you go wrong with this??? |

| | I can see where the negative comments are coming from. Cloud9 needs to do some quality control. Overall I was satisfied with the product when it worked - which was MOST of the time. I have received atomizers and batteries that were dead. Email communication seemed to work fine, but then over the last few months, I've been receiving only part of my orders accompanied by a bill with the correct itemization. Can't someone check the order before packing?? |

| | This was my first e-cig starter kit. Shipping was very fast. I had used some disposables before. I also found it took a lot of lung power to get a good hit, even using a pass-through battery. The charge in the batteries didn't seem to last very long. The juice is pretty good, but although I found the cartomizers tasted good at the beginning, halfway through a metallic after taste would spoil the experience. I prefer using pre-filled cartomizers and find there is a wider selection of flavors and are easier to find to fit a KR808d-1 battery than for the RN4081 Cloud9 battery. I returned my starter kit after 3 weeks. |

| | I'm new to e-cigs and these work good, juice tastes good. I've had it for about a month and my only gripe is it takes a little to much lung power to get a really plumed hit. You literally can't even see your head in the mirror if you take a nice slow long hit though. I have the 3 piece and it's about as wide as a camel wide and as long as a 100's type cig. I'm likely to order more supplies soon, and the kit has payed for itself already. |

I got some vanilla cartomizers last week, very impressed! I will probably stick with the cartomizers from now on. You can refill them a few times as well, makes for better savings. Thanks cloud 9, my fam and friends that don't smoke like them as well :) |

Taste isn't all that authentic but great for someone who likes vapor but not a strong taste. Vapor is great. Cost is decent.

| | i bought my first electronic cigarette from cloud 9 smoking and i am very pleased with my order. this electronic ciggarette is a great solution to smoking and a much healthier alternative. the battery life is good and i also very much enjoy the tabacco flavoring and the optional menthol flavoring. i also very much enjoy that this electronic cigarette does not leave any odor on your hands or clothing.i also very much enjoy that you are able to smoke this electronic cigarette anywhere you want, indoor, and outdoor. this is a great product and i would highly recommend it to any smokers that i know that are trying to quit. you feel a difference and this electronic cigarette is a great transition and help in quiting smoking for good. thank you for this great product! |

| | Received mine 3 weeks ago, and I am very pleased over all. However, two of my atomizers in the first week died. I got in contact with them and they were very helpful (it took 4 day for them to get back to me, but I emailed them on a Friday afternoon, so only 1 1/2 business days) they sent me a package to send the faulty equipment. I sent them in and got new ones and they are working like a champ. The battery life on mine is a bit short IMO, but better then other models that are around the same price. I think half of that is my fault because I don't charge them right the first time I get them and I chain vape. Overall very happy. I haven't tried any smoke juice from them because I am stuck on another company that makes 100's of great flavors, but the prefilled carts I received were good as well. This is the best e-cig/cost that is out there. |

| | Well, I started to use ecigs on June 24 and I stop to smoke analog cigs till today and I hope to continue in this way. That day somebody give to me a packet of "Smoking Stick", brand that does not exist anymore, so I decided to give Cloud 9 a chance and I did get the starter kit and a bottle of juice. I am more than happy with my decision. Then I decided to get a voporizer and another battery. the vaporizer is super, the juice is awsome, but my battery was dead and no work at all. I sent an email to customer service and I received a reply less than 24 hours with a rma number. I sent back my dead battery on Tuesday July 12. Now I am waiting for them to send me the other battery. I will make another review when I recive it, if I receive back to me someday. By the way, the battery that I got with the starte kit works very, very well. |

I have been trying since yesterday at 3.30 in the afternoon up till now 11;30 this am. Yet their recording says that they are open from 9:30 till 5:30, I guess the ghosts answers the phone. Im having the same trouble.Its all looks good and arrived quickly but our ecigs do not vape at all.I think weve gotten 2 bad atomizers.I have called and written.I will wait a certain amount of time because I realize that things can come up.I trust theyll make our order right.If not,then theres a certain govt office in their state who will be calling them instead..and they wont wait.If its made right,we will be the greatest reviewers they could ever have.After all,we are online and known by masses of people.Some of them dealing exclusively in media and consumer affairs.Were good people.All we want is to not be misled and ripped off is all.I trust that they care about their customers.Guess well soon see. |

| | Using for about 1 week, excellent battery life & great customer service. I recommend staying away from the cartomizers. They taste great for the 1st 10-15 hits/puffs then start to get an odd metallic taste that progressively worsens throughout the cartridge tho still vapes nice. Prob due to the metal cartomizer body and design. just ordered reg cartridges to try with the atomizer that came in my kit. Ill post back here in a few days to further review those reg juice filled cartridges. |

I bought my first e-cig from Cloud9 over a year ago. I've learned a few tricks. To get rid of the metalic taste buy a bottle of menthol and drop one drop in and you will be amazed at the difference. I know I hate menthol real cigs. This does work. It don't taste like real menthol cigs. Hope this helps. |
