| | After trying multiple brands some suppose to be the top of the line and some were scams that almost got me i ended up at chase so far its been about 10 days and the product works very good battery life about a 4 out of 5 the vapor 4 out of 5 cost 4 out of 5 the service 3 out of 5 only because i am still waiting on back ordered products the taste is about 4 out of 5 . i only gave 4 out of 5 because there is always room for improvement the best thing is i have not been smoking anything but these the real smokes are out the door overall this is a very good product ! |

| | I ordered this Premium kit bcs it came w/ 3 batteries & 5 - 5 pack carts. Ordered late night 2/5 - arrived in MN 2/13. (I chose 2 XL) I waivered between this and the Apollo Extreme. Money would be the same but Chase offered a carrying case (back ordered) and their carts stated 400 puffs over Apollo's 300. Refills are $10 vs Apollo's $15. Tho Chase had 6 reviews to Apollo's 105, I felt they warranted giving them a shot. I had no problem going 100% e-cigs! I've since learned tastebuds recoup and I don't like the tar-bacco taste at all! (Pack/day Marlboro Menthol Full Flavor 30 years - Dumb teen when I started). The ONLY drawback is limited choice of carts. I believe they are still growing as a company as they are expecting a new flavor(s) in March. If I did over - I would have chosen different colors of battery to keep track of which one I was last using. Tis recommended to switch between 2 if heavier use to keep e-cig from getting too warm. However I love the black w/blue tip. I simply added a "delicate" silver filigree looking flower (scrapbook supply) to one. I gave Vapor 4 *'s as I'm not sure how long the cart really does last. (I'm using quite a bit just bcs new toy & don't have to go outside!) Mike also included an extra pack of carts bcs the carry case & car adaptor are back ordered. Not a prob as I can use the USB adaptor for my phone ... if I have too! I'm very happy with my choice at this time! |

| | It took about a week to get my order straight, but Steven worked with me to make things right. The product is excellent. I've tried two disposables and hated them. Chase vapor is great, the charging is efficient now that I have that part of the order squared away. The battery life is great for me, but if you're going to be out all day, get a car charger. This is true for all brands of e-cigs. The value is great and in less than a week, I cut my smoking down more than one half. That's a miracle. Thanks CHASE for a great product and fixing a few mistakes quickly. |

| | After fiddling with several gas station brands my daughter and I promised we would try them together. Called with a list of questions prior to placing my order and customer service quickly won me over. Ordered 2 starter kits Jan 25, received both 3 days later. Daughter being a menthol smoker opted for menthol, me being a 30 year marlboro smoker chose the grit flavor. Grit surprisingly tastes like a marlboro and the amount of vapor it makes is great. These are not cigarettes and took some getting use to, but they do the job and you do feel a difference almost immediately. Daughter has not touched a cigarette since the order and I am down to a few cigarettes per week. Great product. |

| | woah! i got the starter kit - 2 cartridges did not work. i sent Chase an email about it and i didn't get a response; however, the next morning i had 25 new ones in my mailbox. Oh and the product is good too! i smoked a pack of marlboro lights everyday for 7 years, haven't thought about them in the last couple of days.
The thought of going out for drinks and not having cigarettes never seemed plausible or possible. Last night i had no issue with that, i enjoyed my e-cig WITH my drink indoors.
I smell great too.

| | awesome customer service. I am recently converted to Vaping (2 weeks). First tried BLU disposables - OK flavor, good amount of vapor then got their kit. Better taste but very little vapor and batteries are horrible. Then tried Chase: Great power system, good vapor, taste took a little getting used to, but a tremendous value when you buy carts in volume. I tried the lower nicotine carts but they really don't work for me. The flavorless sounded good, but it tastes "OFF" to me. I've now tried several competitors and am back to Chase as a loyal customer. |

| | CHASE CIGS IS AMAZING!!! Smoke free for 6 days straight now!!! I am typically a 1 pack a day smoker and I rarely go more than an hour without one... so 6 days without one says something! I too had a problem similar to Rick D with Chase but here's the scoop... this company is over a year in the making and doing a soft launch this month...they are launching their full line of products and full website January 2012... 3 days after I placed my order Steven from CHASE called me to let me know they were comping 20% off my order, overnighting my shipment, and sending me a handful of free goodies (basically upgraded me to a supreme kit threw in a bunch of free cartridge packs)... literally gave me an extra $100 worth of product as an apology for the delay. Explained phones were out for a couple days from service provider changes, etc. THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL!!! I am looking forward to the New Year with CHASE!!!!
**Give these guys a try before the New Year... shortly after I received my order they called me to follow up and asked me what I thought of the product... now they are sending me a free pack of Arctic Menthol just for some honest feedback!!

I was polled along with 500 people before Chase went live and I gotta say that I will take a Chase eCig over any other ecig being sold right now. They had me taste their new flavorless flavor which no one else has, and I was so impressed that I can now give up nasty smokes, tastes and aftertastes just for my nicotine craving urge satisfaction. Most classy ecig I've seen too. Even though they gave me a 20% coupon for my order, their products are all affordable as it is. |
