Called with a list of questions prior to placing my order and customer service quickly won me over. Ordered 2 starter kits Jan 25, received both 3 days later. Daughter being a menthol smoker opted for menthol, me being a 30 year marlboro smoker chose the grit flavor. Grit surprisingly tastes like a marlboro and the amount of vapor it makes is great. These are not cigarettes and took some getting use to, but they do the job and you do feel a difference almost immediately. Daughter has not touched a cigarette since the order and I am down to a few cigarettes per week. Great product. | |
