Intially customer service was good, but since ordered refill cartridges-received wrong ones and no one has responded to my email in over a week | |
| Jason commented on February 13 2012: Received phone call from Chase this morning. They apologized for any inconvenience and did not realize that I had not gotten their email response back. They are sending replacement cartridges of correct stregth today. | ||
