Minimalism is what best describes this product. A small but very well executed selection of four flavors; batteries with four designs, two of which by local Brooklyn artists. I happen to have an iPhone USB to mains adapter and a car adapter which I use when I don't have access to a computer. It tastes quite great, and gets the job done, stylishly. Battery Life this device say the battery is 280 mAH. I don't know what that means but I think it'll be enough for the average smoker, two will have you set for a long time. Have one charge while you vape the other. Smoke/Vapor Analogue cigarette-wise, I smoke about three cigarettes a day. I think that makes me a light smoker. It does require getting used to, this being my second purchased e-cigarette. It produced a sizable amount of vapor if the battery is charged. The flavors taste amazing, especially the Dark Roast. It tastes like a latte. Customer Service I communicated solely through e-mail and had no problems. I canceled an order because I wanted to have a discount applied retroactively, and they canceled lickety split. They respond very promptly. No problems yet. Cost/Value A pretty damn good deal. I paid 32 USD for a starter kit consisting of my choice of one battery, ten dollars extra for second; five flavor cartridges with my choice of flavor (Tobacco, Menthol, Dark Roast (Coffee), and Clove) and nicotine dosage (0, 12, and 24 mg); and a USB charger. In addition I had to pay 2.50 for delivery. They stole 43 cents as postage is only 2.07 as per the envelope, I won't forgive them for that (I kid). They do not have a car charger or mains charger, however I am using my iPhone accessories and that can be forgiven as well. They also have really great coupon code discounts.

He was a heavy smoker and he no longer craves regular cigarettes, and was actually disgusted by the taste of one when he ran out of cartridges for his e-cig. The battery life could be better, but other than that it is perfect. Customer service is also great - put in an order on Monday morning and less than an hour later I received a USPS notice that it had shipped.

Service Cost/Value This product was an surprisingly amazing,the thought that this taste and does the exact same effect as a real cigarettes shocks my mind and my body. I no longer have to go outside in the cold just for a cigarette, instead I just need to take a few puffs of my extremely easy to use e-cig and my cravings disappear! This brand has top quality electronic cigarettes and it is highly effective. Also their prices are fantastically low and cheaper than any other brand. This is definitely a recommendation to any smoker who wishes to either quite smoking or try to reduce the amount of cigarettes consumed. Overall this brand gave me an overall WOW appeal and to top it off, their cigarettes are cute and stylish and come in unique designs. I rate this e-cig 5 stars just because of how satisfied I was with this product.

I tried the Slims last year while I was visiting friends in Brooklyn, and found it pleasurable but never brought any home with me. It wasn't until a bit later when I decided to try out their new stainless steel battery that my Brooklyn friend told me about and actually start using these on a more regular basis. I was getting really self conscious about my stinky wardrobe. Anyway, the draw has really improved over the earlier model. The OHM resistance on the battery has been lowered which makes the drag smoother and slightly longer. Overall, I think that makes it kinder on my throat. I avoided buying their tartan print because it was just not my style, but the stainless steel is minimalistic and doesn't try to make a statement like the pattern does. Jesse, over there at this ecig, is a no-nonsense guy. It's obvious that customer service is a priority there. One more thing: the Dark Roast flavor is ridiculously good.

I like the nicotine fix because I have a stressful job but I don't want to smoke cigarettes anymore. I could've used more battery life but then again, I smoke constantly. I am a stubborn smoker, so to consider something like this was a big deal. Overall great rating---good flavor, good amount of vapor to supplement the smoke factor, and a very fashionable design. No method ever quite worked. this product Vapourettes supply a nice throat hit and we found is the easiest to use (we smoke regular tobacco). The flavors are full and complex and for the price an unbeatable deal. We have whittled ourselves down to the 12mg dosage and are even buying 0mg nicotine now. I have been smoking e-cigs for over 2.5 years and give the more well-rated brands a shot. In comparison to most I have tried, this e-cig vapourette gives a much hardier pull, similar to the Ego tank systems but more compact. The flavours aren't too sweet or overly flavored, which makes for a very smooth experience similar to smoking a real cigarette. Plus they have such cute packaging. I will definitely be buying more Slims!

I haven't smoked a combustible, tar-and-toxin filled cigg in one month, two weeks and four days. More importantly, I have no desire to. I highly recommend the vapourette kit which costs less than three packs of ciggs in NYC and will last you much longer. You won't want to go back to smoking.

After wasting money on that BLU garbage I decided to give this device a try, and boy am I glad. These 100% recyclable vappourettes are awesome! I love the design, it is eye catching and has led to a few conversations with the ladies, they seem to be drawn in by it's obvious dapper design. The mouth feel of the vapor is great, really feels like a actual cig! The slim I bought lasted much longer than any other brand, right out of the box. I will NEVER buy any other brand of e-cigs, this brand are just too high quality to fuss about with anything else.

Service Cost/Value it's hard for me to talk about this e-cig without sounding like a crazed prophet of vaping joy, but that doesn't stop me from proselytizing every chance i get. it sounds hyperbolic, but i can say with 100% accuracy that this product has changed my life in a major way. before i tried them, i was smoking over a pack of cigarettes a day - an extremely financially draining habit if you live in new york. i am one of those people who loved smoking so much; i couldn't imagine ever really quitting, despite the negative health effects that had driven me to try everything over the years. just the thought of being a nonsmoker was crushingly depressing. but then i read about this device and ordered a starter kit, thinking i would use them to supplement my smoking habit by vaping whenever i was stuck somewhere i couldn't smoke (like an airport). two days after my this brand arrived, i wasn't smoking at all. a half full pack of cigs remained on my dresser, but i had no desire to smoke them. as long as i can vape, there's no way i'll go back to smoking. i love the freedom and the much healthier, better-smelling life that i've gotten from this ecig. i actually prefer them to cigs. by a longshot. they're more satisfying and more convenient. i seriously love this brand. i was a parliament lights smoker, and feel like the hit i get off of a bedford slim is similar to what i got from cigarettes. i was never into menthol cigs, but i've found that i really like this e-cigarette menthol cartridges. they're refreshing and satisfying. the dark roast - caffeine AND nicotine! - is genius. it's what i always give people to try when i want to convert them to the cult of this e-cig. i'll switch to a dark roast cartridge in the morning and vape it while i drink tea instead of coffee. the caffeine in a bedford slim makes me less jittery than coffee and i don't feel a crash. seriously, i can't say enough about how much i love this product!

Service Cost/Value If I could give this brand & their customer service more than 5 stars, I would in a heart-beat! I love this company and their product and I have LOTS of reasons why. More people need to try this brand! When I decided to try e-cigarettes and happened upon this ecig, the price of this e-cigarette starter kit was a SUPER STEAL compared to some of the $100 kits I had seen. So I thought, "Hell- what do I have to lose?" The cost was akin to a couple of packs of smokes, instead of a carton. The taste is really stand-out among other e-cigarettes I have had the displeasure of trying. This e-cig' traditional Tobacco flavor is my favorite. It is yummy and flavorful; at the same time, strikes me as mild in the sense that I do not get an overwhelmingly deep, pipe-tobacco taste; I love the slightly-sweet and unoffensive flavor of the vapor. It tastes nothing like a traditional cigarette, but that is what really appealed to me. Mild enough yet unique enough to catch my attention & keep it. Menthol is minty and refreshing. Dark Roast is BOLD roasted espresso. No crazy aftertaste, nasty smell or burnt-up baloney & easy to use. Unwrap the cart, pull off the rubber seals & screw it onto the Vapourette battery. Inhale. Enjoy! On the inhale, the cart crackles at times (soothing like a campfire) To charge, unscrew the cart, screw onto the USB charger, plug in. Wait a bit for the charger's green light to switch on and you're back in business! For me, the no-nonsense set-up made my transition to e-cigarettes a breeze. I order them online (as I live in BFE). Shipping from Brooklyn to my one-horse-town in Texas is QUICK, as it usually goes out the same-day. Mr. This product himself CARES about customers & strives to do more than make a quick buck; I've emailed random questions and I always receive a REAL reply. Not only has this company helped my health, they have also went above and beyond in customer service. Answering all my stupid questions, being super friendly and extremely helpful. The product itself is the best tasting tobacco vapor I've ever had (I've tried many). The cost of the product is affordable for a broke girl like myself. Service Cost/Value I started using Bedfords to quit after smoking half a pack daily for 7.5 years, and I'm truly shocked at how well it's been working. I've been using it for about three weeks now, and not only do I NOT want to smoke tobacco again (I last tried a normal cigarette about a week and a half ago and found it absolutely repulsive), but I'm not really becoming addicted to the Vapourette in its stead; I seem to be weaning myself off of its compulsive use somewhat naturally. That said, I don't plan to cut the Vapourette out completely. I have a major oral fixation (hence my smoking habit), so I'd still rather puff on a Bedford than smoke tobacco or eat more food or chew on a pencil. I've also always loved the social, conversational aspect of stepping outside for a cigarette with people, so the Bedford is perfect for that, too. It also tends to draw positive attention from the shiny green LED and attractive black plaid pattern. I use the 12mg nicotine menthol, which is enough to keep cigarette cravings well at bay. It also has a very pleasant minty taste, kind of like smoking a stick of gum. The vapor itself is nice and thick and a lot of fun to blow smoke rings with. Compared to the other e-cigarettes I tried, the Bedford is much, much richer and more flavorful.

The first option is to purchase their Starter Kit for about $34.00 it includes: 1 USB Charger, 1 Vapourette and 1Flavor Pack. The electronic cigarette included their Starter Kit may also be treated as a disposable unit. Leading me to option two, simply discard the entire unit after the cartomizer is empty. If you prefer this method there are cartons of 10 individual e-cigarettes available for $105.00 or a single unit for $12.00. The third and last option is to purchase a cartomizer refill pack for $13.00, a separate USB Adapter for $10.00 and treat the two piece unit as you would any other e-cigarette. Replace cartomizer when it becomes empty and recharge the battery when it's depleted.

It's always been a habit to read the fine print and check warranty information on any product I plan to purchase or review. With that being said, they offer one of the best satisfaction guarantees I've seen offered by any electronic cigarette company in quite some time. Often, too many companies offer to exchange your e-cigarette for another if you're unhappy. But what happens if you want your money back? That's when most companies get a little fussy and usually you're stuck with a purchase that's not wanted. That's not the case when placing an order with BFS. Not only are their electronic cigarettes well crafted, I know this because my unit was unintentionally dropped from a car window then ran over and the unit still works perfectly. They're also distinctively designed with a Gray Plaid covering that makes the device look nothing like a traditional cigarette. In fact the entire design conveys a sense of sophistication and provides a classy aspect to the unit as a whole. Completely assembled the electronic cigarette measures 4 3/4 inches long and is noticeably lighter, smaller in diameter and longer than most other brands of electronic cigarettes. Just because this e-cigarette looks different, doesn't mean there aren't attributes that provide a smoking sensation that's realistic. The coordinating Gray plastic LED tip glows Red when in use and with each drag the e-cigarette creates a noticeable sound that's reminiscent of a burning analog cigarette.

Batteries for the BFS Vapourette are only available in 1 standard size and utilize 280 mAh. One battery will provide approximately 150 complete charges before replacement is necessary. Charging the battery is simple, just attach it to the BFS brand USB Adapter and plug it into a computer port. It takes between 1.5 and 2 hours for the battery to recharge. The battery will need to be charged every other day if the unit is used heavily. If you're a light user, the battery will only require charging every few days. When charging, the LED tip will continuously glow Red until it has been completely charged. Upon completion the tip turns off and the indicator light on the USB Adapter turns Green, signaling the charge has been completed.

Cartomizers are wrapped in solid Black paper, arrive triple sealed and are sold in packages of 5. One cartomizer is equal to about 2 packs of cigarettes or about 300 puffs each. When deciding on Nicotine saturation there's 3 levels to choose from: 24 mg, 12 mg and 0 mg.

When it's time to decide on a vaping flavor, choices are limited to three. A Spearmint flavored Menthol, which is proclaimed on the BFS website to also freshen breath as you vape. Tobacco Flavor, described to have a hint of Vanilla but honestly I didn't notice any such flavor when testing it. BFS Tobacco flavor resembled a high end tobacco and left an after taste similar to Walnuts. And finally, Dark Roast which has Caffeine added to provide that extra burst of energy. As an avid coffee drinker, I found Dark Roast to resemble a palatable intermingling of Coffee and a rich, wild grown Tobacco. Personally, I didn't notice a significant buzz from the added Caffeine, only a slight pick me up that was welcomed when coffee was unavailable.

The first few pulls from my BFS e-cig produced a slightly over powering inhalation, but that's a normal occurrence when starting a fresh cartomizer from any brand of electronic cigarette. After a few inhalations the vapor became smooth and looked moderately thick. Continued use created vapor that was noticeable, but not as initially thick and only increased with a longer pull. Throat hit was clearly evident and felt similar to a traditional cigarette. I enjoyed my Bedford Slims review and believe that anyone who purchases this brand will also find it an enjoyable experience to vape with a BFS brand e-cigarettes.
