I'm from Singapore and the customs here are especially stringent when it comes to e-cigarettes. Apollo removed the DHL shipping which I have preferred to use over the year I've been vaping. But when I asked if Rick from customer service if I could use DHL. He helped me ask the managers to allow me to use DHL by paying the same price for Express USPS. Such customer service is extremely good. What's more, just after 3 hours they've already sent my shipping information to DHL. Which was later on shipped out throughout the weekend Saturday and Sunday and I've got my Vtube on just Monday! The Vtube works great. The high voltage atomizers that come with it is also great. The amount of vapor is incredible. I've never felt such a nic buzz before. The costs of the Vtube is cheap and worth it. Along with the customer service, I'm definitely going back to them when I feel I need another upgrade! | |
